Orienteering combines intellectual strategy with endurance and fitness. It is easy to learn how to orienteer, but the challenges the sport provides are endless.

Take sufficient supplies: With such high output sports it’s important to eat a good breakfast and lunch. Pack high energy snacks such as muesli bars or barley sugars in case you get tired and keep hydrated.
