Underwater Sports
If you're comfortable in the water, you can easily learn to play Underwater Hockey or even Underwater Rugby! Go along to a local club and find out how to play and many aquatic centres run 'have a go sessions'.
The club should have some gear for you to borrow and will teach you how to snorkel and how to play the games. All you need is your togs (swimwear) and lots of enthusiasm!
As with most activities there is some element of risk, so make sure you challenge yourself within your limits and take the opportunity to ask questions before heading out.
Make sure you use the relevant safety codes as a guide for essential preparation, use the links below and have a great time.
